Once we receive your payment, we will send you the link the morning of your class. If you need help on how to log in to classes, a link for instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Our current schedule features Intermediate Level instruction.

Fall Stop…MOVE STRONG™ at the JCC Manhattan

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Featuring online and in-person Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced classes. Please register in advance and the program link will be sent to you.
