Thursday Classes – Morning


A BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL online class with FSMS Trainer, Jyothi Larson, includes targeted exercises to increase your strength, flexibility, confidence, and vitality. See below for how to access classes on Zoom.

The exercises in this class target strengthening, coordination, flexibility and balance, plus weight bearing exercises to improve bone strength. The program improves your balance, reduces risk for falls, and helps keep you safe and MOVING STRONG!

To work out together, we all need Zoom.

If you do not already have Zoom, once you pay for class you will need to sign up. Here’s how:

  1. Open your internet.
  2. Type in
  3. Click on the BUTTON in the upper right corner of the screen that says: “Sign up it’s Free!”
  4. Enter your email address. Then check your email.
  5. Click the confirmation email link in the email you receive to begin using ZOOM.
  6. The morning of your class I will send the custom link to join us.
  7. At the time of your class date and time, please click the link I’ve sent you.
